I am sure most of us are aware of poverty in our country and worldwide, yet we choose to ignore it? Why? Who are we to take the time to care about others. If we are created in God's image then it is our duty to care for others. Those we are weak, blind, deaf....they will inherit the Earth. So if we are to become like "Jesus Christ" we need to start to notice the poverty that surrounds us and help out. Become humbled in their presence and understand their lives better. If we want to make a better world start with those in our communities who suffer and need help to get a meal for themselves, shelter and basic needs. Please think about what you want to be remembered for when you are long gone. Your deeds or your things!?
